The location of this hotel is perfect for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Situated between two natural falls, it provides a refreshing atmosphere. the rooms are clean and well-kept, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast is good and filling, providing guests with a good start to the day. There are also facilities such as an animal park nearby, perfect for families with kids.
Service at the hotel leaves much to be desired.

Visited for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised by the stunning natural surroundings. Beautiful waterfalls, colorful flowers, and tall trees made for a serene and tranquil atmosphere. the spacious grounds were perfect for taking a leisurely stroll. the restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious and reasonably priced dishes with an incredible view of the falls.
The hotel room was a bit cramped and outdated, with some cleanliness issues. the staff was also lacking in friendliness and attentiveness.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location with a stunning natural backdrop. The views are simply breathtaking and it was definitely a highlight of our holiday. Another great aspect was the range of activities and facilities available, including a market and a children's playground. There was always something to do for everyone. Plus, the staff was generally friendly and happy to help with any requests.
The service was incredibly slow, and it felt like we were waiting forever for our meals and drinks. the hotel lacked attention to detail and could really benefit from a bit of a revamp.
